I need to be able to move users to a new organization.
I added them to my free account while we ran some tests. Little did I know that there is no way to delete the user after it has been added and now I am unable to invite them to the official account they will be using.
I created a Retool account with my email address and told my company to give me access to their projects. Now they cannot invite me as a user because my email is already registered on Retool. So I want to delete my retool account so that my company's retool account can set me up as a user. But I can't find a link to delete my account. How can I delete my account? Is it possible to delete previously invited users on the free plan?
I currently have “4 total users”, but cannot add a 5th without upgrading, which is strange.

I signup retool with my email address and I asked our portal administrator to grant me access on our projects. Then we learnt that we cannot invite users which already registered on retool.
As a result, I tried to delete my account and couldn’t find any link to delete my account.
How we can deal with such a bad account management flow?

we have (by accident) 2 company accounts, one with google login and with without. The one without is where all of our applications are, but we want to improve it to have google login for all employees.
Is it possible to delete the unused account with google login, so we can enable it on the other account? Or should we export/import our applications to the account with google login?
Also the "chat with support" button does not work for me.

When we moved to a new organization (vivaaerobusanlytics) I can't be added. We get an error message saying I'm already in another organization.
I can´t login to the previous organization either since I was already deleted from that one. I only have the option to login with google. I tried signing up with that email with a password but that email already has an account linked to it and my account does not support login with…
We had a user and removed her. When I try to re-add her, it tells me I can’t invite her again. How do I add her back to our org?

Hi! i’m using the free version and i created an app in which im trying to add a user to edit with me but it gives me this error “Couldn’t invite 1 user(s) because they have an existing Retool Account or have already been invited:…” In fact the person created an account but i never invited him to edit in my app (and it doesn’t appear to me as an user and he is not able to see what i shared with him). How can i fix this?? Thank you
Seems like the Invite New Member functionality is not working for me. Possible bug?
I hadn’t had any issues inviting team members until now. It’s also possible that I’m doing something wrong, so apologies if that’s the case.
Specifically, I tried sending invites to:
A team member (@ourdomain.com account)
Myself (@gmail.com account)
Myself (@cs.stanford.edu account)
Option 3 worked, in the sense that I received the e-mail (though it was sent to spam) and the user appears as Invite pending in…
A co-worker and I each separately signed up with our own accounts (not under a single org). He’s trying to share his project with me, but we keep getting stuck. When I click on the link of his app, it just prompts me to login (even if I’m already logged in), and then the redirect just takes me to my own dashboard. If he tries to add me to his project/org, it just shows an error that I already have an account. Is there any way for us to collaborate on the same project?
I think its time to implement the option to delete your own account.
