How can I delete my account

Hi,

I signup retool with my email address and I asked our portal administrator to grant me access on our projects. Then we learnt that we cannot invite users which already registered on retool.

As a result, I tried to delete my account and couldn't find any link to delete my account.

How we can deal with such a bad account management flow?

Thanks for any logical explanation I missed.

Hey @denizkaplan! Sorry about this - we shipped new functionality to help avoid this recently but for old accounts it can still show up. Could I trouble you to write into chat support (the little widget on the bottom right of your Retool screen)? They’ll be able to archive your old account and get your set up.
