We are using Retool Cloud and rely on Retool’s outbound IP addresses for allowlisting access to internal resources / databases.
I reviewed the outbound region documentation, but I want to clarify the operational side in case those IP addresses ever change.
Could you clarify the following?
- If outbound IP addresses change for a region, are customers directly notified?
- If yes, how is that notification sent (email, forum announcement, changelog, status page, in-product notice, etc.)?
- Is advance notice typically provided before the change takes effect?
- If there is no guaranteed direct notification, what is the recommended best practice for customers who need to keep allowlists up to date?
