To resolve it, verify the URL in Retool is correct, check for DNS issues (using public DNS like Google DNS), ensure no firewall or network configurations are blocking the request, and make sure Retool’s server configuration is correct. Try using the server’s IP address directly and check the server logs for any connection errors. If the issue persists, check Retool's status page for outages and consider restarting both Retool and your server.
