Retool works on local but i can not connect in my domain

Hello everybody,

I have been using retool on my domain for a while but i can not connect to it anymore. I did docker-compose down and up but still, it works on my localhost but not domain. nginx is working fine

Is this still an issue you're running into? If so I'm curious about the following:

  • Are you able to connect to your instance using its IP address instead of the domain name?
  • Where are you hosting the Retool instance that you're trying to access through your domain?
  • Would you mind clarifying how you hit Retool on localhost, is that instance running on your local machine and is it different from the instance you're trying to hit via your domain?

out of curiosity - did you migrate your instance from local to cloud ?
