I have a retool form and seems like the label width has a max and it doesn't overflow into the next line. Is there a way to fix it? seems very buggy. Is there a way to increase width at least? \

Our apologies, the Retool Form currently has limited functionality for styling but that is something we are working to improve on and love any and all feedback we can get on it!
In the short term to get around the text wrapping bug, my best recommendation is to use the Form component inside of a web app or mobile native Retool app. You can control the sizing, text wrapping and have a lot more granular control.
I believe we currently have a request to fix the text wrapping bug for the Retool Form and I can add your +1 to that as well!
If its not a maintained project, shouldn't Retool just discontinue the product and shut it down?
That would make sense if it weren't maintained. It's definitely being maintained -- the team is looking into this!
I will definitely file a bug ticket for the text wrap issue which should be an easy fix for them to do right now!
Hi @ibgoldbergs are you self hosting your retool instance? If so what version of Retool are you using?
Our team tried to reproduce this issue but the text is wrapping properly and not being truncated with '...' for both options of Form generation (using a Retool DB schema and manually creating the input components).
Would love for more details on how you created that Form! My hunch is that you might just need to update your Retool instance to the latest stable release

It looks like the bug report ticket has been marked as completed!
It should be getting added to our next cloud release and will be live shortly
