Export To Module - GONE?!

1. My goal: I want to convert full apps to modules including queries and components
2. Issue: I am no longer able to do this with the 3 dots menu in the top right corner
3. Steps: I've taken to troubleshoot: Tried clicking the 3 dots menu and the option is no longer there

Thank you for reaching out to Retool support. My name is John and I would like to help with this request.

While the original feature from the previous community doesn't look the same, it is still in the Retool experience. As of April this year, the following changes were made:

• You can now export a single component to a module. For example, you could export a single container (and all its children) to a module.
• When making the export, all the related logic, such as queries, variables, and transformers, is automatically included in the exported module. This eliminates the need to manually copy logic to the module.
• Once the export is complete, Retool automatically replaces the selection with the newly created module. This eliminates the need to import the module after you export the selection.

Access Export to Module in one of the following ways:

• Select one or multiple components, right-click, and select Export to module.
• Select multiple components and click in the Inspector.

So instead of a whole app, its more so that you can export larger component groups as a module now.

I just confirmed in the latest Cloud and the feature is still there and working. From your screenshot it looks like most of the content is in a container so you should be able to export that as a whole module. Improvements for exporting to modules | Retool Docs
