Empty Logs for some failed runs

In the recent runs of my workflow, some are not showing any logs. However, based on the output of the workflow I can clearly see that they've run to a certain point of the workflow.

The workflow is using multiple loops and is usually running fine. There are currently one or more edge cases that may cause errors. However, without seeing the logs I cannot really investigate the root of the issue.

Did anyone experience something similar and / or has a solution for this?
