Has anyone here had experience developing an application that leverages Google Cloud Document AI for capturing invoice data in Accounts Payable processes?
Our goal is to create a custom OCR solution to automate our Accounts Payable workflow within our retool applications. Ideally, we envision a two-component setup: on the left, an interface that displays invoices received in the Gmail inbox after processing through Document AI, and on the right, a component that presents all the structured data extracted from the invoice, including a field for purchase order (PO) matching.
This is a bit beyond my current expertise, so I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or insights from those who have tackled a similar project.
