Custom Image Component Utilizing a Masonry Layout

Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share my journey of exploring new techniques in Retool, particularly focusing on custom components. I’ve been working on a masonry layout to dynamically display images submitted by users. This is a version 1 work in progress, as I aim to incorporate features that allow users to view images and save them to an image vault, similar to a Pinterest pinboard.

I’ve received valuable guidance from my fellow developer @AJVancattenburch, which he has been a great source of inspiration ( also we work together so no bias there  ). Everything is functioning well so far, and I’m eager to continue refining it! I am interested if anyone has been able to create a similar idea to this and I wonder how you were able to execute it. I wanted to use the native image grid component but it was not possible from what I have found.
