Comment Threads Suddenly Missing Comments

Hello,

We have been using the Comment Thread feature for about a month now, and suddenly, some threads have lost all their comments. I haven’t found a way to access all threads, and the API call returns an empty response in the console.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there any kind of logging on Retool's side that could help diagnose the problem? Or any way we could prevent this from happening?

The information in these threads is crucial for us, so we would really appreciate any insights into what might be causing this.

Welcome to the community, @aiga_kalnina! Thanks for reaching out.

All comments created via a Comment Thread component are stored in the application database, meaning they're otherwise inaccessible and can't be queried directly. If you're unable to see the comments for a given thread, my guess is that the Thread ID somehow changed.
