Can it be used without internet?

Because our highly regulated environment, the on-premise environment where it is installed is disconnected from the network.

Upon investigation, it seems that even in a self-hosted environment, an Internet connection is required for license checking.

Yes, we have an airgapped version of Retool that does not require any network connections and does not ping a licensing server.
