When a page is duplicated in Multipage apps, its URL does not update automatically when the page is renamed. For instance, if I duplicate the page system_settings, the duplicate is named system_settings2. Even after renaming the duplicate to system_design_item, the URL still reflects the original duplicated page name, system_settings2. However, for all other pages, renaming updates the URL as intended. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

You probably have to go into the page Inspector and update the page URL there. When you duplicate a page, we have to "force" the page URL to be unique, so you have to manually change it if you want it to match your page name.
You can reach this by clicking on the page on the left and opening the inspector.
