HI, I am having an URGENT problem, I CANNOT access the Editing page of all my apps, and this has only started since this morning/last night.
When I click the "Edit" button on an app, I get this error message:
Something went wrong
Error ID: 537d9175c58b4eeeadbccce4bfcd2ab0
Invalid or unexpected token
Each time the Error ID is different for different Apps, but the error message stays the same : 'Invalid or unexpected token'.
I have asked my teammates if they had the same problem, but the editing access works well on their end, so there has to be something wrong with my account.
I have also tried using different navigators / incognito windows, but I am still getting the same error.
It is really impacting my work, and I would much appreciate your help! Thank you!
Thanks for reaching out, @SabrinaW. Just to clarify, your apps load as expected when loading the app as a viewer? Can you open up the browser console to see if any error messages are surfaced there?
Hi Darren, thanks for your reply. The problem has disappeared for unknown reasons. But just for your information, yes, the apps load fine as a viewer, and only the editor pages were unable to load.
I had tried different navigators, and then tried also with other laptops, but got the same error messages, until last Saturday, everything suddenly went back to normal.
I'm glad to hear that you're unblocked, at the very least! I'll un-list this particular topic but keep it open so that you can quickly reach me if something like this happens again.
