I created a data processing tool for internal usage in my group. A teammate has made an amazon s3 resource that shows up on his end under 'Databases and APIs' but it doesn't show up on any other people's tab. Do I need to change some kind of a setting?

yeah i suspect your user doesn't have permission to view/use/edit the resource your coworker created.
you can go to the retool homepage > profile icon (top right) > settings > permissions > [a group you're a part of] > Resources tab and then check view/use/edit

@314tko ah you don't have permission to edit permissions, so you will probably have to ask your colleague to specify resource-level permissions to a group you are a part of!
