Allow all users to switch between environments

I cannot seem to find a way to allow my users to toggle between the production and the staging environment.

The user in this post ( Access to multiple environments in viewer mode ) seems to have managed it but I cannot find the option : is it at all possible for cloud-hosted workspaces ?

This is useful for me to train our staff to use the tools before going in the production environment.
