3rd party service shows "Webhook URL connection error" on only 1 request. No error log in Retool workflow

  1. My goal: every single call to Retool workflow should be successful.
  2. Issue: I have a web page hosted on Tess. On this web page, I have a form submission to which Tess delivers to my Retool webhook. In most cases, it delivered correctly, but this Friday I got a notification from Tess that delivery failed. At the same time, in Retool I don't see this delivery attempt at all.

Hey @Healthspan_Technical - thanks for reaching out. The specific error that you're seeing - Access denied: [403] - means the API key you provided was either incorrect or missing. Have you continued to see the same error on form submission?

My bad! Seems like it was 3rd party problem - they removed header from request. Thank you for pointing what to look for🧑
