Vectorshift APIs timeout issue

  1. My goal: I am trying to use Vectorshift APIs in my Retool Apps
  2. Issue: The VS APIs are timing out after 60 seconds
  3. Retool version: 3.114.6 & hosting setup: Kubernetes
  4. Error message(s) or screenshots: attached
  5. What I’ve tried so far: I have tried setting it to 120 seconds (ss1). But no luck

Hi @Sahil_Khare, is it possible that the 60 second timeout is configured on the Vectorshift end?

Alternatively, can you look into your environment variables and see if you have any timeout variables that could be increased? For reference, I found this old forum post where they had to track down some timeout settings and increase them, although keep in mind this user was on 2.95.6 so it may not be the same.
