Doctors can simply describe the patient they’re looking for—by name, age, or condition—and the agent uses our " Find Patients" tool to query the right data sources. The agent fetches relevant matches and presents the results in a clean UI, saving doctors from complex search filters or dropdowns.
2. Validating Patient Information Automatically
Once a patient is selected, the agent uses a "Validate Info" tool to check that the retrieved data is accurate and complete, cross-referencing identifiers, health plan details, and even appointment history. This validation step ensures the doctor is always working with trusted information.
3. Storing Consultation Notes with Smart Mapping
After the consultation, the doctor only needs to write simple notes. The agent takes care of mapping those notes to the correct patient ID, visit record, and data model. Using the "Add Consultation Notes" tool, the notes are stored in the database instantly and correctly—no manual form-filling or field matching needed.
