Upgrade to Retool Self Host 3.52.1-stable, Code Executor struggle to start

Hi team, Here's my first post on the community forum! On my self-hosted Retool stack on Kubernetes, deployed through the Helm chart version 6.2.0, I just tried to upgrade to the new 3.52.1-stable tag and I'm seeing an error in the code-executor pod which was working well before. The pod does not have privileged access but it was working fine with 3.33.24-stable. But I stills have user retool_user does not exist or the user entry does not contain all the required fields error.

Besides, I do want to use Python library so running in unprivileged is not ideal for me. The same setting doesn't have this issue on the previous stable release.
