I want to create a similar type of page layout with this sidebar which will always remain opened on page load in which every menu item has icon attached to it. Help me in creating similar layout!

We don't have a sidebar that looks quite like this, so I will move this to FEATURE-REQUESTS. Maybe we can support a similar component in the future!
In the meantime, maybe some of these components can provide a workaround:

Unfortunately, the icon library is not available in the navigation component.
