Multi-select display issue

My goal: I am creating a multipage page app, each page will be connected to a DB and updated using a form. I populate the form using SelectedRow which loads the table’s latest entry. One of the fields I am using updates a column for a record, the specific field is connected to a separate DB to select the values to populated (in this case keywords).
