Hello everyone,

If you, like me, get tired of repeating the same tweaks over and over again, you might appreciate this feature request.

It would be incredibly useful to define default properties for certain components in a centralized location—much like how visual themes are handled. Then, whenever you add one of these components to the screen, it could automatically apply those predefined settings. No more manually adjusting the same options every single time.

Think of something like date formats, but it could just as well apply to validation rules or any other repetitive setup.

Curious to hear your thoughts on this—would this save you time too?

One other example that comes to mind is automatically setting a max length on certain fields based on the database constraints, or handle things like default values.

Ooh this is an interesting one. :thinking: It would be an interesting intermediate between the current state of components and fully open sourcing them, which others have asked for. It's definitely a longer term request, but one that I think the team might be interested in.
