- My goal:
Pass additional scope to SQS query and recognize that scope within the SQS query writer. - Issue:
Additional scope is not recognized in the SQS message text box. There is no "Additional Scope" input within the query writer. - Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
I can successfully pass additional scope to the query from the trigger function as expected and it will work properly when running, but the query writer itself shows errors since the additional scope is not defined within the SQS query. - Additional info: Cloud.
Hello @Andrew_Sturdevant!
Thank you for reporting this bug in the linter. Apologies for the ugly red underlining, it sounds like the query is able to grab the data and run correctly which is the most important thing.
We currently have an open internal ticket for this as 'additional scope' has caused similar issues in the IDE. I can add your post onto the ticket so our engineers know that the SQS queries will also need this to be fixed as well.
Let me know if there are any situations where the additional scope is not passed properly or if the query does not run as expected. For now you can ignore these warnings in the IDE linter as they appear to be 'false alarms'
