SQL Resource - Use Dynamic Database Name Won't Save

I'm not sure how, but I cannot get "Use dynamic database names" checkbox to save. I click it, save, refresh - and it's gone?

Checked the Use dynamic database names box and click save:
(Also I clicked Test Connection and it works)

Hey @RCarlson32!

This usually means that your account isn't an admin on the instance. The UX here could be better but only admins are allowed to save changes to that or those other dynamic settings like disabling prepared statements!
