I'm setting up a brand new Retool Instance and Snowflake Instance, so I'm not sure if you can follow this exact procedure without disrupting your existing setup.
With that said, here is what I did...
First, I created a user of type=service.
This user type does not require that MFA is enabled.
I then created a key pair for that new user.
In Retool, when creating the Snowflake resource, I chose the Key Pair auth method.
Now I'm able to connect to from Retool to Snowflake.
