I have to report that for some reason, when you open a window and exit using the back button, the entire window goes blank. The same thing happens when using the Tab Bar; you have to close the application and reopen it. We're using Android.
Good luck! We're still grappling with similar issues after reporting almost 9 days ago! 2 updates later and no resolution.
I would recommend asking them for an older version of the Android app, which seems to work fine for us.

Hey all - the 3.366.0 release is slated to include a fix for the blank screen issue! I expect everything to be considerably more stable now that we've gotten through this planned re-architecture, but I appreciate everybody's patience!
I tested the version and it works well on some phones, but the blank screen problem persists on our tablets, which are Galaxy Tab A9.
Thanks for that update, @Jose_Rolando_Lafaurie. I'm hopeful that our most recent updates have addressed most of these lingering issues. Let me know if you're still seeing any blank screens or failed queries after updating!
Regarding phones, we have not received any further reports of blank screens; however, the problem persists on tablets, even after updating to version 3.367.0.
