Hi all, first of all apologies to everyone who has been dealing with this problem. We recently shipped a fix in Retool Cloud version 3.114.0 that is expected to fix the issue with data loss in Rich Text Editor. It will also be available in the upcoming Edge and Stable self-hosted releases. If you are still experiencing problems on newer Retool versions please let us know!
