Retool Invite Redirect Error

We recently sent out bulk invites, and a few users reported that the invite link redirected them to a different site displaying an "Oops" error message. Resending the invitation resolved the issue, but I’m curious if anyone has encountered this before or knows the underlying cause. We’re using the cloud version of Retool, not a self-hosted setup.

HI Evy! We're looking into this now. Can you confirm your subdomain?

Could you ask these users to look at their emails before and after resend, and see if the links differ?

Issue resolved - this is a content filter on the client side that was blocking the Retool invite emails.
