Yes, we'd like to sort out why this is happening. If we increase connections/cpu before tracking down the cause, it could end up happening again. Is your team connecting to RetoolDB externally via a connection string? Are there any Workflows in your Retool org that connect to RetoolDB? Do you have a Retool Form or public app that connects to RetoolDB? It looks like there were quite a few records inserted into the database today prior to maxing out connections/cpu.
we are using the db from the box - no external connections
i have switched off all the heavy workflows
but it has not helped
the problem is still there - db still not working
we have apps used only by 20 users a day max

We restarted your database to get it up and running again. It seems to be in a better state as of ~3 pm PT
We can do some more digging on our side as far as what caused it to max out
If you notice issues again, please let me know!

we'll switch heavy workflows one by one gradually to maybe try and catch which one maxes the cpu out
