Is there any endpoint to allow me to retrieve workflow run details(for example, webhook payload/input)?
I saw there is an endpoint Get a workflow , but it doesn't return the details.

Unfortunately there isn't currently an endpoint to get such details from a workflow.
Linking your post to a recent feature request which includes a lot of those nice to haves endpoints that workflows need.
