Resource queries to Firebase randomly time out

  1. My goal: Use my Firebase resource to run queries

  2. Issue: Today, around 9.30 am PST queries to Firebase started exceed timeout. Sometimes they load, but most of the time not. I didn’t change the Retool or Firebase settings.

  3. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot: There is no outage in Firebase. Requests latency seems healthy.

Thank you for reporting this! It looks like our engineers picked up that this is an issue on our end and we are working on fixing it currently.

Should be back to normal soon. As it looks like we found the cause and are pushing the changes to fix this as we speak.
