Firestore query bug

  1. My goal:
    Query my Firestore in Raw mode

  2. Issue:
    Existing code that used to work now shows an error.
    Whenver I try to run Query in Raw mode, using an Firebase resource, I see the following error:

  • message:"Invalid URL"

  1. Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
    When sending the same query in Test it works and returns data, when pressing Run, it fails. I tested the connection itself and it works. Same connection in GUI mode works fine.

    Nothing changed on our end

We are facing the same issue at https://plumhq.retool.com
Our operations team is completely blocked due to this. Please provide a fix as soon as possible or at least a quick workaround like last issue (Firestore connection bug - #31 by BAbarquez)

We have the same issue at midasgames.retool.com, all firestore queries in GUI mode works fine, RAW ones throw invalid URL error, although they had been working for over a year

By the way, just noticed, when I run the query with “Test” option, it does return the correct response, when I run it with “Run” option, then it throws the invalid URL error

We are facing the same issue, please provide a fix asap.

We are also facing the same issue in firestore raw mode.

Same here. Any ETA for a fix? It blocks all our back office operations.

Our engineering team is actively investigating this right now.

Our team have applied a change and we’ve seen no errors since ~9.30am UTC. Hopefully this is now fixed for you all but please do check and reach out if that doesn’t seem to be the case!
