I have a catalog of videos on a Gsheet. I want to make a simple app to show, search etc... from this data.
But a column in the sheet has "smart chips". It's very useful when in sheets but not when fetching data. The only data that comes is the name of the video. Is there a way to get the entire data as Json maybe ?

I haven't worked with Smart Chips much, but I did some digging and it seems like there isn't great support within the Google APIs for reading smart chip data (at least, I saw a lot of requests for this here) 
If you are aware of an api that works well, you can connect to it with the REST API integration, or we can request having it integrated with Retool. Could you add a column that has more information about the data in the smart chip? Or store the underlying files in another resource to map back to the file names in your sheets

I have asked the owner to change the sheet to "standards" columns but i still think it could be an improvement to be able to read these "chips"
