Steps: there is no "OPTIONS" option in the REST Query method dropdown.

Details: I've tried creating a JS resource that calls the endpoint using fetch but encounter a CORS error.

May I ask the purpose of needing to use an Options method for your specific use case? I'm hoping getting more context can help with a workaround. 
Additionally, can you send a screenshot of the JS resource and subsequent error?
