Hi @Kartikye_Mittal,

Can you send us screenshots of any browser console errors that this user is running into? Can we also see a screen recording or screenshots of the network tab when the user opens the app (are they running into any errors)?

Additionally, it would be helpful to have them log into the app in an incognito/private browser window to ensure no browser extensions are impacting the app.

Is there anything different about this user's device/browser, permission settings, etc?
