Recent issue with my frames - fields hidden for no reason - ideas?

For months, had a working app but recently my modal frames I implemented (isn't just here - I am seeing this in other areas) are experiencing the same behavior - namely, the body of the frame is blank! One example: I have a simple add client button that brings up a frame and has an enterable field with an add client button - pretty simple, and has been working for many months.
