Goal: Modals to be displayed correctly

Steps: Since Monday all modals in our modules and apps are broken for me, we didn't do any changes. However it only affects me personally not other people in the organization.

Details: All modals on the app or module is showing it's content on the main page even though the modal itself is hidden. Showing the modal shows an empty popup.
This is only affects me. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Brave and I get the same effect. Have tried clearing cache, restarting, flushing DNS cache and restarting router but the issue remains.
