the default App Type doesn't provide an area to add Query/Hash Params or to set Open in new Tab
to me it seems like the type App is meant to be simple/bare min and Custom is meant to be used when more fine-grained settings are needed (like query/hash params), but open in new tab seems like a basic option the majority of users might want to consider.... however, if one was to add query params to a webapp later on, they would have to go through and change all these from App to Custom and re-enter events and whatnot.
