My component has gone missing!

Related to this issue, while testing building in a Wizard and ListView, I made a few instances of components that I'm apparently now unable to find or ever delete. Is there a way to delete a component that's referenced in left panel, but not visible anywhere in the builder? [Retool___Operations_-_Receiving]

I have a button group button_group_map that exists, but is nowhere to be found. I don't want to delete it - instead I need it to be seen and used. Alas, I haven't any idea where the dog-gone thing has gone!

Can I find this renegade component and bring him home?

I still need to know how to do this, but it's less urgent since the prodigal son has come home:

Usually refreshing will fix this, in my experience

Ah - I might have refreshed for some other reason and gotten the poof upon that!
