I had multiple pages of my Retool app open in separate tabs while working, and I lost progress on one of the pages somehow. I'm trying to recover the lost progress & want to retrieve the changes that I made before the progress was lost.
I'm currently using Retool without history tracking. If I upgrade my plan to include history, will it allow me to recover the history of changes that were made before I upgraded? I'm really concerned because I've lost about three hours of work.
Thanks for highlighting this, Benji. That is correct, from the Multipage documentation as of 8/18, Multiplayer is not currently supported.
That makes sense, thanks for clarifying! I hadn’t considered the impact of having multiple pages open across different tabs.
@Benji_Fisher I'm so sorry to hear this happened and that you lost a couple hours of work 
Can you see if step #4 here helps recover any work?
The multipage team is going to add a warning for when multiple tabs are open so people don't run into this in the future. We currently have a warning for when multiple users are editing the app, but not the same user on multiple tabs.
Great idea! No issues now, I duplicated my current progress and took a few steps back & restored my page. Recovered about 98% of my work!
Hey @Benji_Fisher, wanted to follow up - the team just merged a fix that will show a warning when an editor has multiple tabs open for a multipage app. This should be deployed on cloud next week. Thanks so much for your feedback and I'm glad you were able to recover most of your work!
