Minor UI mistake - query notification duration in ms

Hi!

Inside Query editor -> Response tab -> General section -> Notification duration (ms),
The actual unit associated with this input is seconds, and not milliseconds.
Probably makes sense to leave it in seconds and just fix the text

I’v used update_retool.sh and it looks like it is fixed in this version.
