IP address problem when trying to connect to Godaddy

I've been using Retool just a few days....and am pretty much a novice at all this.
Problem:
I'm trying to create a Godaddy resource (SQL database)
Godaddy won't accept Retools IP address (52.177.12.28/32) when attempting to create a Remote MySQL connection ...
It doesn't like the /32 appended to the end of the address...says it's invalid address
I get timeout errors....

Strange that they don't allow CIDR notation... Oh well, you can extrapolate all of the IPs in the ranges by a tool such as this:
