How to add multiple options for Tag (Dropdown) Column Type

Hi Guys!, I'm currently working on a sample project where I can track the employee's leave (Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Personal) but I'm having trouble on adding these multiple choices to the tag column type anyone here can help me? It would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! Here's an example of how to populate the tag column. Keep in mind, this is the single tag column so it won't have the option to have multiple values selected at the same time
