It seems there isn’t a functionality to duplicate the form. You might want to reach out to the Retool team, specifically @AbbeyHernandez , to request this feature.

We do not have this functionality at this time, but I am happy add this feature request and let you know if any changes are made on this front. Thanks @ZeroCodez for tagging me here
