Global error reporting

Hi,
Sometimes some queries / transformers fail and there's no way to see it (for example, an API returning 403 status code).

  1. Is there a way to globally show when anything goes wrong? It would really help identify and debug issues.
  2. Is there a way to set up notifications to Slack/email/webhook etc. on all error in my apps' prod environments?

@ypeled - I think what you would need to do is write some queries execute and test the queries/APIs and transformers in your applications and if an error code/message is returned you can then send it to Slack - Go to
