I currently have the "free" plan with 5 users.
When migrating from the "free" plan to the "Team" plan, will the first 5 users remain free? Or will they be counted and I will start with a monthly fee of $60.00 (5 x standard user $12.00)?

When you change to a different plan, all users will be counted at the monthly rate for the respective plan.
