Feature: Draw in Images

It would be a GREAT feature for the Image Component if we could draw on the image before its saved. Something like this:

Its not the best picture :sweat_smile: but you know what I mean.

+1 on this feature request.
Our company requires a specific department to draw on images (for locates) and this is the one feature that is preventing us from moving 100% to retool from appenate.
