Failed to save error

Hi there,

Is anyone else experiencing a “Failed to Save” error? The app isn’t letting me save changes to the queries, and I’m wondering if there’s a fix for this.

Hey @sri555 ,

I understand the issue you’re facing. This can sometimes happen due to cached data or delayed loading in Retool.

Please try performing a hard refresh to clear the cache and reload the app:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
  • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

If the issue still persists after a hard refresh, please try opening the app in a different browser.

Let me know if it still doesn’t work

The other possibility, @sri555, is that you're trying to edit a page-scoped query while on a different page. This is a UX quirk that we're planning to fix, but it can be a bit confusing if you haven't seen it before.
