I've set the default value for a dropdown to be 13 which maps to "All" in my labels object. On load it displays the default value (13) instead of showing the corresponding label. If I click on the drop down in then correctly reverts to the label.

Could you share the output of your SummaryStats_yearOptions Query?
What happens if you add brackets to your default value? [13] ?
This seems to have been fixed in a recent update.
